Employer wants a productive employee and wants him to prove as an asset to the company and contribute towards its welfare. You all face difficult and complicated issues but you should keep those issues at bay that have serious impact on your work. Employees should learn to segregate personal or private issues from the work they do; if they do so not only their productivity will increase but also help the organization in the long run. Every individual is different with different set of rules and perceptions, what one employee thinks don’t necessarily gel with the other employee’s thinking. Employees are the most cherished possessions of the organization and it’s the duty and responsibility of the organization to nurture and develop their talent.Productivity comes from the peace of mind.
